Project Heal

With an aim to normalise mental health problems. CDF Bharati have been spreading the importance of mental health by conducting online campaign, counselling sessions and workshops with individual who wants to express their heart out, surround themselves with the vibe of peace and desire to have a temporary refuge from life.
CDF Bharati regards that Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, especially in this pandemic phase.
When the pandemic influenced the lives of almost everyone, When the world at large was somewhere lost and disoriented. Somehow every alternative person was going through mental health problems. That's when we started our series of Counselling sessions and webinars.
ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING SESSION
Under project Heal, CDF Bharati conducted a series of One-on-one Counselling sessions for our 30+ beneficiaries with utmost privacy and care. The Sessions were in collaboration with the counselors Ms. Anoushka Thareja, MyInsight Clinic and Ms. Ashna Jain, We thank them for making the project a big success. The audience was overwhelmed with the amount efforts by CDF Bharati and the counselors.

Mental Health and Nutrition
The first webinar on 17th April, 2021 with Dr. Umesh Wadhavani on the topic "Mental Health and nutrition" was a super success which received an energetic participation of 100+ individual.

How to fail at everything and still win big
The third webinar with Mr. Vidit Bahri on 5th June,2021 on "How to fail at everything and still win big" turned out to be extremely interacting as he shared his life experiences and failures and how he never gave up on his goals. The webinar received a participation of 100+ individuals.

Self Acceptance
The second webinar took place on 20th May, 2021 with Ms. Raushni Khanna on the topic of "Self Acceptance" was something everyone present highly endorsed and appreciated.

Stress management and Well Being
The fourth webinar with Ms. Bhakti Parekh on the topic of " Stress management and Well Being" on 15th June, 2021 was adored by the audience as she started with giving her insights on some really interesting topics and ended up the session with a meditation exercise which focused on calming and relaxing our minds.
